Updated By-Laws : The board has voted to approve the following By-Law changes for the 2021 year. A full copy of the amended By-Laws has been sent to all members in their email. We will vote on these changes at the April General Meeting and the approved changes will begin in May. There are 8 motions that will be voted on. Review them and come ready to discuss.
- NAME – Add Family to name.
- PURPOSE – Add family to description
- ARTICLE III – Introduce ONLY Family Memberships and the rights and privileges that come with a membership. Remove male from the requirements for application. Defines non-voting members and calls for an application for membership.
- ARTICLE IV – Sets Planning Meeting and Budget Meeting for Board.
- ARTICLE XI – Board Appointed Vice- Treasurer
- ARTICLE XII – Include 911 Steel as a committee.
- ARTICLE XIV- Change member to family.
- ARTICLE XV – Change April to May. Set price for $80 for a Family Membership

Bierbaum Celebration of Life Fundraiser: Date: April 17th, 2021 Where: Soccer City Field D. Time : 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM. We are hosting a Celebration of Life Fundraiser for KC Bierbaum. There will be Split the Pot, Raffle Baskets, Snacks, Musics, and Drinks. There will be a $10 donation at the door. All benefits with go the children’s educational Fund. Scholarship : Ren is taking volunteers for the 2021 Scholarship committee. Applications are due by March 31, 2021. Representative: Ren Large

Support our Troops – We are organizing the events for 2021. We have 2 soldiers and will resume sending boxes February 17th. Representative : Ren Large

Jokers Wild: The jackpot is over $700 There are still two jokers out there. Dues must be paid and present to win.
