2019 Fred Tee Open : Congratulations to Bob Weir on winning this year’s club championship. Since Bob is not a member, the jacket will be awarded to the lowest score by a Goodtimer. Who was it?
2019 Lodder Christmas Fundraiser: We raised over $2600 and put a solid load into the truck. Dave still needs more hoodies and winter jackets. He will bring the truck to the November 7th meeting. Bring any and all donations.
2019 SOT @ Quaker Steak : Date: November 27th . Where: Quaker Steak on Colerain. Kick off the holiday season with us at Quaker Steak. 15 % of the bill goes towards our Support Our Troops project.
2019 Day After Thanksgiving Golf : Date: November 29th Where : Circling Hills. Sign up at the meeting. Get your foursomes in.
2019 Christmas Caroling : Date : December 12th . Where: Knotty Pine Remember… If you don’t join us, we might join you.
2019 Christmas Dinner : Date : December 19th Where : The Mill Course Banquet Center Time: Thursday . 6:00 – 11:00 . Cost : $45 / person. This is a couples event and a great opportunity to invite new friends to the club.
2020 GT : 37th Family Ski Trip : Date : January 19 – 22 Where: Seven Springs . 3 Night Package. GT Price: $430 / $470 . Non Price : $440 / $480 Packages includes: 1 dinner, 3 Buffet Breakfast, Cocktail Hour, Pizza, Overnight ski storage, and Lift Tickets for Sunday at 4:00 – Wednesday at 7:00. $100 deposits due at October meeting and balance due at December meeting.
2020 Super Bowl Party : Date : February 2nd Where : Soccer City Field D . Time: TBA. Who-dey!
2020 Surf and Turf : Date: February TBD. Where: Turfway. Time: Last time for the old grandstand. We are also looking into getting a hotel, too.
2020 Cyclones Game : Date: We are looking at two different dates: January 29th or February 20th. They are both $1 beer nights. Tickets are $20. If I can get a group of 10, then we can get them for $14.
911 Steel : St. Patty’s Day . Date : March 14 St. Patrick’s Day kicks off the parade season. We are looking forward to another successful season.
2020 Fathers Day’s Rafting Trip : Date : June 19 – 21 . Zip Lines, Canopy, Rafting, Adventures Resort Live Music. We can combine this with a Sarge approved motorcycle trip, too. Amazing trip with full cabin amenities. Sign up.

Support our Troops – We currently have 4 soldiers we are sending packages to. We will be at the VFW on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, November 20th. Still accepting donations, cash for postage, deodorant, hand wipes, shampoo, tooth paste, hygiene items. If you cannot make it to the VFW, contact Ren Large (smag55@aol.com) and he will make arrangements to pick up items.
Bob Blaylock Children’s Fund – This month we donated to Doug and Mary Rudy’s daughter, Luissa. She will be the guest of honor at the Brighton Center. The donation will go directly to a special needs tricycle for her.
Foundation: We will review the budget for all of the committees at this month’s Board Meeting.
Jokers Wild: Plenty of numbers still out there. Must be present to win. $287
