2024 Memorial Weekend Arlington Memorial Field of Honor: Thanks, Sarge. Great showing. Arlington was very successful for both the Flags and our 911 Steel. We had 19 Front Row Flags. Their most attended year in 9 years of doing it. Thanks to everyone who helped set up and take down. Even Dr. Owl was there in spirit. Arlington has a concert series this summer. (July 14, August11)
2024 Family Picnic: Date: June 29th Where: Indiana Chapter 29698 Peppertown Rd West of Harrison Indiana. Hog Roast and Fireworks. Camping. Will have live music by the Kevin Kelsey Group. Bring Chairs and Beverages and the club will provide the meat. Sponsor: Robert Rudy
2024 Scholarship and Family Meeting: Date: July 11th Where: VFW. This event will be catered, by Hilver’s Catering.. We will need to get an accurate headcount prior to this event. The club is giving out $500 scholarships to Goodtimer Kids and GrandKids. We have 9 Legacy Scholarships that will be awarded. The 2023 – 2024 Scholarship winners are:

2024 Goodtimer Night at FC Cincinnati : Date : August 31 Where : TQL Stadium. Time : 7:30. Thomas will be getting a group together to go to the FC Cincinnati v Montreal game. We will probably car pool from Soccer City. Let me know if you are interested and I will add you to the list. Purchasing tickets in July.
2024 Goodtimer River House Roast : Date : September 14th Where : Scherz River House. We want to finish out the summer with a good old fashion bond fire at the Riverhouse.
2024 Goodtimer Keeneland Trip: Date: October 11th Tentative Where: Keeneland. This will be our membership trip this year. Includes Bus, Drinks, Food and Reserved Seating. Co-Pay of $25.00. Bus holds 50 people. Sarge will be looking for sign ups and down payments.

911 Steel : Great job working with Operation Ramp It Up and Arlington Memorial Gardens. We are selling raffles to win a unique 911 sculpture. (See above) Each ticket with cost $5. Drawing to be held on 10-06-2024. All proceeds benefit expenses for the 911 Steel Memorial.
Florida / Texas / Indiana / North Carolina / Maryland : The North Carolina Chapter has two condos available to rent in Maggie Valley the week of July 21 – 28. 2 Br, 2 bath condo. Golf $28 with cart. Week in the mountains. $500. Contact Tom Ashpaw if interested.
