Good and Welfare : A special thanks to Tim Martini for sponsoring the 911 Steel Race Car this year. We are looking at organizing an outing to the Lawrenceburg Speedway with the Steel.
2023 Family Picnic and Scholarship Presentation : Thank you to Sarge, Pops, and Ren for organizing everything. We had an amazing turn out. It was great to see everyone with their families. Congratulations to our 2023 Scholarship winners.
2023 Family Freedom Lake : Date: August 25,26,27th Where : Forest Freedom Lake. Featured will be Matt Wray, with the Jason Wilmot Band with some good Cover Hits, Blues and Rock from 2:30PM to 6:30 PM. Bring a Lawn Chair, Flotation Devices and BYOB. Food will be served around 4:15 PM at the Outdoor/Indoor Cabin Area, The menu will be awesome. Camping is available on 25th thru 27th. Also rooms are available in Greensburg at Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn. If you could please respond if you have questions and will be attending. We are expecting a nice turn out. BYOB

2023 Admiral Dinner Cruise : Date : October 14th Where: Majestic River Boat. Time : 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM We will start collecting the Copay for BB Riverboats tonight. Cost $25.00 Per Person. Make checks payable to Goodtimers AC or we will accept Cash or Venmo. The cut-off date will be August 4th.
If you need to cancel we will refund your deposit by September 1st. Once I send in the Final Payment ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! We will have a Bus again this year that will take us back and forth from Soccer City. There is a $10 Copay for the bus. Representative : Sarge Shearer and Debbie Large

We are doing a Bengal’s Season Pass Square fund raiser to support next year’s scholarships. Each square is $50 and good for the whole season (17 games). Each game we will payout 2 winners. ($50 for half-time and $100 for full-time). Each week new numbers will be drawn, but your place stays the same. The First Game is September 10th.
Board of Directors : Since we have such a difficult time getting candidates for a two party system for all of the officers. The Officers proposed a motion to make every officer a Board Member and that way each year, one Board Member would come off and would have to be re-elected. Essential reducing us down to voting for just one officer each year. We will take open calls and vote in September. This approved at the General Meeting and will be written into the By-Law. Tim Burke will be the Board Member coming off in 2023.
